By accessing or using MinorClaw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

MinorClaw is an AI automation platform that deploys a personal Telegram bot for each user. The bot connects to third-party platforms including Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, and X (Twitter) to automate tasks on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use MinorClaw. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Payments and Credits

• Access to MinorClaw requires a one-time payment to deploy your bot
• AI credits are consumed as you use automation features
• All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MinorClaw to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive content
• Access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or malicious purpose
• Violate the terms of service of any connected third-party platform

6. Third-Party Integrations

MinorClaw connects to third-party services on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your use of these integrations complies with their respective terms of service. MinorClaw is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

MinorClaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or actions taken by your automated bot.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support@minorclaw.com. Upon termination, your bot will be deactivated and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
