1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on MinorClaw are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law.
2. Why We Have This Policy
MinorClaw is a digital service. Upon payment, your personal AI bot is immediately deployed and infrastructure resources are allocated specifically for your account. Due to the instant digital nature of our service, we are unable to "undo" a deployment or reclaim resources once they have been used.
3. What You Can Do Before Purchasing
We encourage you to review all product details, features, and pricing carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about what is included, please contact us at support@minorclaw.com before completing your order.
4. Exceptions
In the rare case of a duplicate charge or a technical error resulting in an incorrect payment, please contact us at support@minorclaw.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will review each case individually and resolve billing errors promptly.
5. AI Credits
AI credits purchased through the dashboard are also non-refundable once added to your account. Unused credits do not expire and remain available for future use.
